Privacy Policy

The short version

This website has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. It does not set cookies. We collect nothing from you by visiting it.

What happens when you use the site

• Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the page.
• Video. The two videos are not loaded until you press play. If you press play, YouTube receives a request from your browser and its own privacy policy applies. If you never press play, nothing is sent to YouTube.
• Scheduling. The “Book a call” button takes you to Calendly, operated by Better Benefits USA. Anything you enter there is collected by Calendly and Better Benefits USA under their privacy policies, not ours.

Email outreach

We contact school district leaders by email about the program using business contact details published in state education directories and other public records. Every message identifies who sent it, includes a valid postal address, and includes a working one-click unsubscribe that we honour immediately and permanently. Reply to any message asking to be removed and we will remove you. We do not sell, rent or share contact information.

Your choices

To be removed from our outreach list, or to ask what we hold about you, email claire@betterschoolbenefits.com. Requests are actioned promptly and at no cost.

Children

This site is intended for school district administrators and other adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we never receive student data.
