Better School Benefits is an independent educational and referral brand. We are not an insurer, not a licensed insurance broker or agent, and not Better Benefits USA. We do not underwrite, sell, administer or price insurance or benefits products.
What this website is
This website is general educational information for school district leaders about a supplemental healthcare and benefits program administered by Better Benefits USA. It is not an offer of insurance, not a solicitation to buy any product, and not tax, legal, actuarial or benefits advice. Nothing on this site creates any client, advisory or fiduciary relationship.
The program is not major medical insurance
The program described on this site does not replace a district health plan and does not meet Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) requirements. Benefit payments depend on eligible events, proper substantiation and claim approval in accordance with the plan’s own rules. Eligibility, plan design, pricing, tax treatment and terms are determined solely by Better Benefits USA as program administrator.
Savings figures
Any savings figures, pro-forma tables or percentages shown on this site are Better Benefits USA’s own estimates and projections, reproduced and attributed as such. They are not guarantees, not results, and not independently verified by us. Actual outcomes depend on a district’s payroll, headcount, participation, plan design and administration, and will differ. Districts should review the program with their own tax counsel, legal counsel and business office before adopting it.
Referrals and compensation
When you book a call through this site you are scheduling directly with Better Benefits USA. We may receive compensation in connection with districts introduced to the program. This does not change what a district pays.

This site links to third-party services, including a scheduling provider and video hosting. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
